Alexandre M. Furman, M.D., FCCP, FCCM

Dr. Furman is board certified in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training and ABIM Board Certification in Pulmonary medicine as well as Critical Care medicine. DR. FABIANO LIMA DAS GRACAS, MD

Dr. Gracas is board certified in Internal Medicine with eligibility for the pulmonary disease board in late 2023. Prior to joining Lyracore, Dr. Gracas completed 3 years of internal medicine residency and 2 years of pulmonary disease fellowship at Jamaica Hosptial Medical Ecener in Queens, NY. REBECCA PERRY, AGACNP, BSN, MSN

Rebecca Perry is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Lyracore Health Alliance. Prior to joining Lyracore, Rebecca worked tirelessly to assist during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a Critical Care Nurse for over 5 years at a range of facilities including Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
