Dora Furman, Chief Financial Officer

Dora Furman, Chief Financial Officer of Lyracore Health Alliance, brings with her an unparalleled depth of experience in financial strategy and consulting. Also a VP of client strategy for an internationally recognized data-based restaurant menu optimization firm, Revenue Management Solutions, as well as a certified public accountant, Dora combines her business acumen with a passion for the highest-quality, empathetic patient care. Wife to Dr. Furman and mother of four, Dora lives in South Tampa and enjoys food, and travel, and is an accomplished runner.

Nalirez Fernandez, Medical Billing Coordinator

Nalirez Fernandez brings a passion for patient experience and over a decade of experience in the medical field to her role as Medical Billing Coordinator at Lyracore. Drawn to Lyracore by her motivation to make a difference in the lives of her clients and colleagues, Nalirez formerly held a position as a Billing Reconciliation Specialist with North American Partners in Anesthesia. Working within the medical field allows her to continuously learn across a diverse range of subject matter as well as ensure the people she serves receive the care and support they need. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence make her a perfect fit for the Lyracore team. Originally from New York City, Nalirez is a mother of two and an adventurous traveler who loves spending time with her family, friends, and Yorkshire Terrier.

Dani Rose, Skilled Nursing Facility Care Coordinator

Dani Rose brings her experience as an Air Force veteran and administrative expertise in medical facilities to her role as our Skilled Nursing Facility Care Coordinator at Lyracore. Drawn to join the team by Lyracore’s mission of enhancing patient care through innovative solutions, Dani is currently pursuing her education at the University of Phoenix while working to make a positive impact alongside colleagues who share her dedication to empathetic, patient-centered care. When not at work, Dani enjoys spending quality time with her family, connecting over good food, watching true crime shows, and hosting game nights.

Sheena Sierra, Clinic Supervisor

Sheena Sierra brings over two decades of experience in diagnostic imaging, pain management, and urgent care to her role as Clinic Supervisor at Lyracore. A Tampa native, Sheena was drawn to medicine through her family’s involvement in healthcare and is driven by a deep commitment to helping patients navigate the healthcare system with compassion. When she’s not supervising clinic operations or exploring opportunities for growth at Lyracore, Sheena stays busy raising her twin boys, pursuing her passion as a certified pastry chef, and enjoying local farmer’s markets and breweries.
